Are there shower or changing facilities?
It is recommended that you arrive prepared for your session.
- Swimwear
- 2 towels – One for sitting on during the sauna and one for drying with.
- Plastic bottle of water.
- Flip flops
- Remove all jewellery
We do not have shower facilities, but we have a small indoor changing area within the sauna.
