Are there shower or changing facilities?

It is recommended that you arrive prepared for your session.

  • Swimwear
  • 2 towels – One for sitting on during the sauna and one for drying with.
  • Plastic bottle of water.
  • Flip flops
  • Remove all jewellery

We do not have shower facilities, but we have a small indoor changing area within the sauna.

Is it safe to go into the sea?

Entering the sea is at your own risk.

Sea dipping/cold plunge is done so entirely at your own risk and is not covered under our insurance policy. If entering the sea, do so responsibly in accordance with your own experience and fitness levels and be aware of the dangers of cold water shock, local tides and offshore winds.

Do you use essential oils in the sauna?

No, we do not use essential oils in the communal sessions this is due to many people being sensitive to strong scents and on occasions can trigger a reaction.

Who should avoid the sauna?

People with heart conditions, high blood pressure, chronic respiratory issues, pregnancy or serious medical concerns should consult their doctor first.

Are there any toilets nearby?

Yes, there are public toilets located two minutes’ walk from the sauna.

How do I book a session?

Book online via our booking system, sessions are pre-booked only.

Is there a cafe nearby for post hot drinks and cakes?

Yes, Cable Cafe is located just a few minutes’ walk along the beach.

How long is a session?

Communal sessions are 60 minutes, please arrive 10 minutes before your session for your safety brief.

Can I take photos in the sauna?

We would recommend taking your photos before and after your session, keeping your time tech-free to fully enjoy your sauna.

Can I book for a group?

Yes, small private groups are welcome (max 8 people). Check online for availability.
